Delivery Capability

From inspected stock to export-ready handover.

Fusion turns used heavy-duty vehicles into controlled export projects: sourcing, refurbishment, inspection media, loading coordination and document handover are managed as one delivery workflow.

Control Tower

A delivery process built for remote buyers.

Used trucks are never just products. They are condition, route, documents and timing. This page explains how Fusion reduces uncertainty from inquiry to port handover.

STAGE 01

Requirement Lock

We start by fixing the real operating requirement, not only the model name. This helps avoid mismatched units and keeps the delivery plan grounded in the buyer's actual site conditions.

What You Receive

Every shipment should leave a visible trail.

The buyer should not wait until arrival to understand what happened. Fusion prepares a practical handover package so your team can review condition, preparation and shipment status from a distance.

01 Inspection Media Vehicle photos, walk-around video and key-system review before final dispatch.
02 Specification Sheet Model, axle, power, dimension, loading capacity and configuration summary.
03 Preparation Record Visible refurbishment items, replaced parts and condition notes are documented.
04 Loading Evidence Port arrival, loading photos, lashing condition and shipment progress updates.
05 Export Documents Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading support and destination communication.
06 After-shipment Support Basic operation notes, arrival coordination and parts communication when needed.
Risk Control Matrix

Delivery is a risk-control discipline.

Risk point Fusion control action Buyer value
Wrong vehicle for jobsite Confirm route, payload, slope, climate, fuel and driver condition before sourcing. Fewer mismatches after arrival.
Hidden mechanical issue Separate checks for engine, gearbox, axle, brake, electrical, hydraulic and cabin systems. Clearer purchase decision.
Unclear refurbishment scope Define preparation level by budget and destination market instead of using vague promises. Controlled cost and expectation.
Shipping damage or delay Coordinate port timing, loading evidence, lashing review and shipment communication. More predictable handover.
Shipment Modes

Delivery planning follows the machine.

Different vehicles require different export routes. Fusion helps choose a practical shipping method according to machine size, destination port, schedule and buyer budget.

RoRo / Self-driving Loading Suitable for complete trucks and roadworthy units where port and route conditions allow.
Bulk Vessel / Deck Loading Used for oversized equipment, heavy machinery and mixed fleet projects.
Trailer and Accessory Support Accessories, spare parts and trailers can be coordinated with the main vehicle shipment.
Start Delivery Planning

Send the destination port and working condition first.

A precise delivery plan starts with five details: vehicle type, expected quantity, destination port, working site, and target budget. Fusion will return with a sourcing and delivery direction.
